Define the equipment and location
List the instruments and where they are installed. State whether equipment can be removed from service. Describe access limits and any need for an escort. Give the service firm enough information to decide whether it can support the work at your location.
Share site requirements early
Ask which space, power, connections, and conditions the firm needs. Explain your site induction, work permits, cleaning rules, or protective equipment requirements. Agree who will isolate equipment when this is required. The service firm must confirm the safe method and its responsibilities.
Agree the visit before booking
Propose a date and an alternative. Identify a site contact and the equipment owner. Confirm the work scope, expected access period, price, and reporting needs before booking. The on-site flag in this template is sample content. The real business must confirm which services it can offer on site.
Planning aid only. The real service firm must confirm the work, preparation, and handling instructions.
